“I am passionate about ensuring my patients are informed and supported with their decisions, empowering them in understanding how to achieve the best care”
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm passionate about ensuring my patients are informed and supported with their decisions, empowering them in understanding how to achieve the best health care for obstetrics and gynaecology.
I’m originally from Queensland, but I've spent the majority of my training time here in Adelaide and feel rather lucky that I now call Adelaide home.
I have completed additional training in advanced laparoscopy and vaginal surgery. I am competent, and confident across a broad scope of gynaecoligcal care and surgery which enables me to counsel and offer women individulaised choice in their care.
I served as the director of Obstetrics at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital from 2020 - 2023. I now provide care across three sites including Burnside Hospital, Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Murray Bridge Hospital which services the surrounding local health network.
I relax by spending time off with my husband, our daughters, and our Groodle “Brian” in our garden, tending to our veggie patch and roses.
We all love to travel, enjoy Rugby Union, and are dedicated members of our local pub trivia team.

“My greatest professional joy comes from supporting women through every stage of life”
Hi! I'm Adele and I am well respected for my professional skills and knowledge in both obstetrics and gynaecology. My greatest professional joy comes from supporting women through every stage of life.
I have a calm and understanding approach to patient-centred care and aim to make you feel comfortable and at ease. My valuable experience is in maternal intensive care, trauma facilities and in the management of placental disorders.
I have completed my specialist training across Adelaide and have previously held a Staff Specialist appointment at Flinders Medical Centre. While I am not currently practising at Flinders for the next 12 months, this experience has provided me with extensive exposure to complex and high-risk obstetrics within a tertiary care setting.
I currently birth babies at Burnside Hospital, where I provide personalised, continuity-of-care obstetric services in a well-supported private hospital environment. I work closely with midwives, anaesthetists and paediatric teams to ensure a collaborative, calm and responsive birthing experience.
I also have a special interest in the prevention and management of perineal and obstetric anal sphincter injury, birth after previous trauma, as well as perinatal mental health. I enjoy general gynaecology and specialise in the management of pre-invasive cervical disease, endometriosis, heavy periods and pelvic organ prolapse.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and 3 children, my puppy Humphrey and pottering in the garden.

“It’s truly a privilege to assist someone to become a mother; to support the new family and to be present at one of the most exciting times in their lives”
I'm Jordana and am a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who is dedicated to families as they plan for and welcome new life. I grew up in the Riverland before moving to Adelaide for my medical and specialty training.
I believe it is true a privilege to assist someone to become a mother; to support the new family, and to be present at one of the most exciting times in their lives.
I believe in a no-to-low intervention approach and I support all-risk women including those normal-risk women, through to women with more complex health needs.
I prioritise continuity of care and provide this at Burnside Hospital or across tertiary hospital care if required at the Women’s and Children's Hospital.
I have a sub-speciality focus in pre-pregnancy counselling and health optimisation, contraceptive and family planning and sub-fertility and miscarriage.
I support care for high-risk obstetrics including the care of twin pregnancies, vaginal birth after caesarean section and breech birth.
I enjoy general gynaecology and specialise in the management of menstrual disorders, ovarian cysts, fibroids and their complications, pre-invasive cervical disease, and the management of abnormal cervical screening.
In my spare time I love travelling, spending time with my husband and two boys and Great Dane Sampson.
